You can now get shallot seeds that will produce

one shallot per seed. Sets will break apart and

4 or 5 shallots will grow out from this. 

Depending how big you would like them to be depends

on the spacing. 5- 10cm apart but with rows only 10-15cm

Varieties

Ambition = rounded with strong flavour from seeds

Golden gourmet = heavy set cropper that has yellow skin and is round

zebrune = long banana sets with a mild taste
